A Hire Booking Form must be completed and signed.
A show representative must attend the show site to receive the jumps. Hire
fees must be paid in full before jumps are unloaded.
The hirer is responsible for ensuring that equipment is kept secure during the period of hire. Any losses must be paid for by the hirer at list prices.
Due care and attention must be excercised by the hirer whilst handling equipment.
Damaged equipment must be paid for by the hirer at list prices.
The hirer uses the jumps at their own risk. Straight Approach Showjumps accept no responsibility for loss or injury, accident or death to third
party, including consequential losses, howsoever caused.
At the end of the show, all jumps should be dressed down (feet taken off)
and stacked in one ring/two rings.
All cups and numbers to be put into bins provided. If this is not the case, an invoice will be issued for extra work carried out and the delay caused.
